House Reef Diving packages
House Reef Diving Packages include 2 dives per day on the house reef without guide, not including Early morning dives or Night dives.
The first dive on the house reef is always with guide as a check and orientation dive. Divers with more than 20 logged dives may dive alone after sucessfully completing the check and orientation, our staff reserve the right to insist on further guided dives if necessary.
Guided dives are available at fixed times each day and a supplementary fee applies per guided dive.
All Diving Pacakges
For all dives without guide on the housereef, and all boat dives, it is required that each buddy pair carries a DSMB (Delayed Surface Marker Buoy).
Dive packs include tanks, weights and taxes.
If you do not hold a valid insurance for diving, you can buy an insurance with the hyperbaric chamber in Hamata ‘DECO International’ which covers you for 3 weeks for hyperbaric treatment if needed. This insurance helps with the running costs of the hyperbaric facility, we recommend taking out this insurance in addition to your policy to ensure swift treatment if needed, and to help main ensure that the facility remains open and operational for all divers.
From 15th January 2017 please note that all boat trips for diving and snorkeling will be subject to a 5€ surcharge, and all minibus trips will be subject to a 3€ surcharge.
This surcharge is to cover the increase in fuel costs & taxes applied by the Government.

starting from December 28, 2019, the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and the Wadi El Gimal National Park park have decided to introduce a supplement to the entrance ticket to the protected Marine Park for the entire area of Wadi el Gimal.
It was also decided to apply a rate for all means of transport entering the park and all boats departing from the port of Hamata and an annual affiliation for the centers within the park itself.
This decision came in order to invest more funds to protect endangered species and to preserve the wonderful barrier of the Red Sea.
It is impossible for our center to fully support and absorb such an increase for each snorkeling and diving activity; for this reason starting from January 15th 2020 we are forced to apply an extra fee of € 6.00 ticket for all the boat destinations within the Wadi El Gimal Park.
