Short Trips
Every day there are 2 short snorkeling trips available, departing at 10:00 and again at 14:00, by boat to a reef close to El Gouna.
The trips last 2 hours in total, it takes about 30 mins to reach the reef, once there our guide will take you on a tour and point out to you the most interesting fish and coral life.
Don’t worry if you have never snorkeled before, our guide can help you with the equipment and basic skills needed.
During one of our snorkeling trips you will see lots of different reef fish and many kinds of colorful coral, sometimes we also see turtles and dolphins!
Glass Bottom Boat
Especially for those who don’t want to get wet, but would like to see a little of the underwater world of the Red Sea!
Our glass bottom boat trips last 2 hours, they depart daily at 10:00 and again at 14:00.
Dolphin House
Every Sunday and Thursday we have a full day excursion to Dolphin House.
Dolphin House is located on the Shaab El Erg Reef system to the North East of El Gouna.
After about 1 hour our boat will reach to the site and our guide will give you a briefing about the area before taking you in the water for a guided tour, our guides can help you with the equipment and techniques if necessary, so don’t worry if you are not an experienced snorkeler.
In the water you can expect to see many different kinds of colorful reef fish and corals.
After the first tour an optional lunch is served on board the boat, and you will have time to relax, swim or sunbathe before a second guided tour.
A group of bottle nosed dolphins are regularly seen here, and very often they stay around to play with the snorkelers and divers, making for some really special close encounters with these fascinating and intelligent creatures.
Our boats are large and comfortable, with sundeck, saloon, gearing area, and of course toilets and kitchen, making them suitable for the whole family!
Snorkeling Excursion - Full Day
Any day except Thursday and Sunday you can join us for a full day snorkeling excursion.
On board our dive boat we visit 2 different spots each day, the reefs where we dive almost all reach the surface or very close to it making them beautiful for snorkeling as well as diving.
On these excursions there is no in-water guide, you will be snorkeling independently, but our dive guides will give you some information on where to snorkel and what to look for, making sure you see the best the Red Sea has to offer!

Kayaks and Pedal Boats
From our diving centre in the Sheraton you can rent pedal boats (max 4 persons) and kayaks (1 or 2 persons) to explore the lagoons of El Gouna!
